“Not all those who wander are lost.” -J.R.R. Tolkien

Erika graduated from Elon University with a major in Marketing and minor in Professional Sales. Eager to start her professional life, she packed a moving truck and made the trek down to Atlanta just a few days after graduation, the city she has called home for the past 7 years.

Erika’s first “real world” job was at a telecommunications company. It required heavy door-to-door cold calling, and as Erika likes to joke, “I wore out the soles of A LOT of shoes that year.” She quickly realized that her outgoing personality, creative eye, and attention to detail fit within the parameters of a great marketer.

Erika is a self-proclaimed marketer-of-all-trades with a knack for event marketing and a passion for design and branding. A Carolina Panthers fan in a sea of Falcons fans, Erika’s not afraid to stand out in a crowd—especially when it comes to thinking outside the box. A firm proponent of order and aesthetics, Erika is renowned for her innate attention to detail and tendency to go above and beyond for the sake of flawless execution.

Outside the office, Erika enjoys traveling (her goal is to visit one new international and one domestic city each year). On the weekends, you’ll find Erika spending time with her two nephews, brunching on the Atlanta BeltLine, and spending time with her fiancé, Dylan, family and friends.
