As a founding partner and the President of JOYN, Matthew Geller empowers and encourages JOYN’s various teams to create strong, results-driven ideas coupled with programmatic execution. Drawing on his 25 years in the industry, he has led the internal development of Behavioral Wealth Management™, the groundbreaking model for helping clients look at their money, decisions, and emotions in a context that can lead to more fulfilling lives.
Matthew’s passion for how JOYN delivers on its promises to clients is palpable. “We understand that choices and change and life events can be overwhelming,” he says. “We link those human factors to a structured, disciplined process so we can better guide clients through both worries and opportunities.”
Matthew graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Business Administration before beginning his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Price Waterhouse. He later became Chief Operating Officer of a major south Florida regional real estate management and development company before Matthew and his brother David Geller established the firm in 1991.
Matthew and his wife Doris, a business owner herself, have six children and eight grandchildren.
