The Sky is Falling! – Five Years Later

Five years ago yesterday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average hit the low point of the 2008-2009 bear market.  On March 9, 2009, the Dow bottomed out at 6,547.05, a gut-wrenching 54% below its prior all-time high of 14,164.53 set on October 9, 2007.
