JOYN was honored to present and conduct in-depth Behavioral Wealth Management™ workshops at the 2019 eMoney Summit: The Heart of Advice.
eMoney is one of the leading wealth management and financial planning software providers. This year, their annual summit’s focus was in perfect harmony with JOYN’s mission to merge Wealth and Investment Management with the science of human behavior.
The Summit aimed to explore how forward-thinking advisors are “marrying the emotional and psychological elements of behavioral finance with the scientific, data-driven aspects of wealth management to deliver value in new ways.”
eMoney estimated that over 1,300 people from across attended their four days of workshops, panel discussions, and marquee TED-talk style leadership presentations by industry leaders. Attendees had the opportunity to earn over 10 hours of continuing education credit for the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
JOYN held four interactive workshops entitled, “Stop the Insanity Cycle and Start Speaking Your Client’s Language.” Proctored by JOYN Financial Advisor Tiffany Rosetti and Behavioral Wealth Specialist Adrienne Criste, the workshop provided attendees with:
- Actionable examples of how JOYN’s Behavioral Wealth Management Model works to improve current client interactions
- Lessons learned from integrating behavioral science into financial planning operations
- JOYN’s perspective of the future of the industry
Additionally, JOYN’s Chief Operating Officer Amy Oguntala was one of just four TED talk-style speakers for the summit’s “Heart to Heart: How You Can Differentiate” keynote presentations.
“We were so honored to present JOYN’s innovative Behavioral Wealth Management model to colleagues, industry leaders, and other registered investment advisors from across the country,” said Tiffany Rosetti, one of the presenters.
“At JOYN, we know that enhancing the client’s experience is paramount to providing exemplary service. We see Behavioral Wealth Management as the next evolutionary step for our entire industry,” said Rosetti.
Tiffany’s presentation partner couldn’t agree more.
“It was thrilling to be able to speak to the groundbreaking work we are pursuing in this new behavioral wealth management space,” said Adrienne Criste.
“When behavioral science and human decision-making is at the core of what we do, it can fundamentally change a person’s trajectory in life for the better,” continued Criste.
