Evan Quinn, Financial Advisor at JOYN and the youngest of three brothers, knows a thing or two about building strong relationships.
Evan grew up in Cranbury, NJ, where in grade school he fell in love with mathematics. He earned his BS in Business & Enterprise Management from Wake Forest University (Go Deacs!)
Upon graduating, Evan combined his passion for relationship-building with his math acumen to forge a career in Finance.
Prior to joining JOYN, Evan served as a Financial Advisor & Corporate Stock Benefit Consultant at UBS Financial Services in Charlotte, NC. Additionally, he was a Client Resolution Specialist at UBS in Nashville, TN.
Evan is a certified Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) and has his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses as well as his Georgia Life, Health, and Variable Insurance licenses.
Evan shares in JOYN’s belief that the financial services industry is broken, largely because it ignores the human factor. While numbers have always been important to Evan, he understands that money is merely a tool to help people live a meaningful, joyful life.
“Far too often our industry ignores the fact that there is an actual human being behind every financial decision,” says Evan. “That’s why I believe in JOYN’s mission and am very excited to be a part of this dynamic team.”
When working with his clients, Evan seeks first to understand their goals and only then to offer ideas and strategies that align with their values. “Meaningful advisor-client relationships are built on mutual trust and regular communication. I strive to live by this each day.”
Easy to work with, Evan thrives in problem-solving environments and collaborating with JOYN’s likeminded financial team. A true team player, he consistently adds to the firm by sharing innovative ideas and honing his craft.
Above all, he wants to help ensure that his clients are living rewarding lives outside the numbers.
Music and travel are focal points in Evan’s personal life. Fun fact: Evan has perfect pitch, and has played the Cello since age eight. Also, when you come to visit Evan, you’ll notice the Philadelphia Eagles flag in his office, a symbol of his diehard love of Philly sports teams.
